Emma Parker

Emma Parker earned her Bachelor of Social Work degree in Pennsylvania and worked in special education, where she realized her love of working with individuals with disabilities. Emma began as a supervisor for Cakeable Cafe and is now works as our Transition Coordinator. In this role she works with Cakeable interns, their families, and potential employers to find long-term employment. Drawing encouragement from family members and friends with IDD, Emma’s goal is to help create a joyfully inclusive work environment.
