Cakeable offers two vocational pathways—our bakery program and our cafe program. In the Cakeable Bakery and in the Cakeable Cafe, we work with our employees to set personalized goals for their career development, gain employable skills, and cultivate long-term employment opportunities.
Each training program lasts 3-6 months, depending on the individual. Graduates of our training programs may have the opportunity to continue long-term at Cakeable. Most graduates will receive career placement support to find employment in integrated settings within the local community.

- Estimated waitlist: 6 months
