John Ratcliffe

John serves as Cakeable’s Board Chairman. He and his wife, Renee, founded Cakeable Charlotte in 2019 to help bridge the employment gap for people with disabilities. John has worked as a client executive for Marsh McLennan Agency since 2020 and has worked as an Account Executive for USI Insurance Services and Wells Fargo Insurance Services.
