Julia Kravis

Julia Kravis was born in Honolulu, Hawaii and grew up all over the United States as part of a military family. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, she spent much of her career in working in hospitality—in hotels, resorts, most recently at the US National Whitewater Center. Managing Cakeable Cafe is Julia’s first endeavor working with the disability community, and she has embraced it with grace and passion. With her leadership skills and creative thinking, she’s helped launch the cafe into a truly special place. Julia’s spare time is spent with her two kids and volunteering as a Girl Scout leader.
