Kaileen Willette

Originally from Vermont, Kaileen has lived in Charlotte since 2008. While pursuing her business degree at UNCC, Kaileen realized she wanted to bake for a living. After earning a BS in Psychology, Kaileen spent a month in pastry school in the south of France. She continued her studies in the States and began working in Charlotte-area restaurants. She became the divisional pastry chef of a Charlotte restaurant group and oversaw three pastry programs. With a desire for a position that would make a difference in the community, Kaileen joined Cakeable in 2021 our Bakery Manager.
