Originally from New Jersey, Meg moved to Charlotte to earn her Master’s in Social Work from UNC Charlotte. She brings four years of experience leading a social and recreational day program for adults with IDD. As Placement Director, Meg is passionate about showcasing the strengths of individuals with IDD and supporting meaningful employment. Her work is rooted in a strong belief in inclusion and community engagement. Outside of work, Meg enjoys reading, cheering on Charlotte’s sports teams, and discovering new food spots.
