Nicole Burgess

Nicole brings 20 years of experience in technology consulting to her work at Cakeable, where she channels her passion for the IDD community into expanding programs, partnerships, and fundraising. Inspired by her sister who lived with an IDD, Nicole is committed to building pathways to employment and belonging. On weekends, she’s often exploring Charlotte’s parks, playgrounds, or breweries with her husband, daughter, and their four rescue dogs.
